My name is Simon hasler and i am trying to raise money for my local scout group.

Myself and six other scout leaders/helpers and parents of 1st finchampstead scouts, will try and complete the three peaks challange.

This challenge require us to scale the three highest peaks in England (Scafell Pikes), Wales (Snowdon) and Scotland (Ben Nevis) within 24 hours.

Training for this event has already started for the team, saturday 6th June we walked 18km up and down the brecons way and over pen y fan the highest point in south Wales.

We are attempting to do this event on the 29th of june 2009 starting at 6pm walking and travelling through the night starting at Ben nevis  then onto Scaffell pike and finishing at 30th June 6pm at snowdon in north Wales.

Just to complete all three peaks would be a success story in itself.
