hello peeps,

on october the 19th i will be doing the cardiff half marathon (13 miles) in aid of the rspca.. as you all know kate and i love our animals and the rspca do a great job in looking after their welfare....So please dig deep and sponsor me for running and doing lots of training (see you in the pub afterwards for a well needed pint!!)
