I have a "friend" called Toni. One day she called me...

'Hey, Sim, do you fancy doing a fun run?'. 

'No', I said.

'Oh, go on, it's for Cancer Research', and she signed me up there and then!

What she failed to tell me is that it's not just a 'fun run', it's the "Pretty Muddy" fun run.

So, I don't like fitness (except Corpse pose in yoga), and I don't like mud (unless it's part of a beauty regime), but yet, here I am.
