I can't believe that 12 year old girl Rosie, Coleen Rooney's sister has had a Stroke. I'm ready and coming with a vengeance on my bike. Raising as much as I can for the Stroke association. Hopefully to help all like her young and old. :-)

I'm very grateful and would like to thank Nicky and David for the absolulty lovely relaxing weekend me and my husband have had. We enjoyed every minute of it and think it has done me a world of good getting me relaxed to be ready for my big day. X

I must remember that a good dose of food is needed before I do a long cycle. Porridge and a piece of toast not just porridge alone.. Otherwise it's a trip to the garage for a dairymilk after a bout an hour....

I have been very busy practicing my cycling. 92 miles yesterday to Shaftesbury and back. 46 miles today one way and will be cycling home again tomorrow. Not quite 244 miles but getting there. :-)

I'm looking forward to my next cycle hopefully to Shaftesbury through the new forest as it's such a relaxing ride seeing horses and lots of other different animals happily grazing. To be welcomed at the other end with no worries at all.

Cycled to Brighton yesterday. No aching today just very sore lips.

It took 12 hrs 45 mins to get to Gloucester. 11hrs was cycling. 92 miles. I'm gonna be behind on the day as we only have 12hrs to do it in. :-/

I have had a lovely weekend in Compton Abbas. Cycling there and back of corse to continue with training. Will be cycling to Gloucester on Saturday. :-/
