Story

I am riding the London to Brighton bike ride on the 16th of June 2024 as part of my "Fit for Fifty" pledge to raise some money for the British heart Foundation. If I get at least £350 by the 19th May they will provide a Jersey for me to wear on the day and we all love a middle aged man in Lycra :) So please give generously as we all know somebody that has suffered from Heart conditions and the BHF need all the help they can get (as do I :)
