We are so proud to be walking with the Jurassic Coast Trekkers to raise money for Weldmar Hospicecare Trust in memory of our gorgeous cousin, Emma.

They say you can't choose your family but if we had to, Emma would be top of our wish list.  She was understated, quiet and kind with a great sense of fun.  Even when faced with the insurmountable challenge of breast cancer, Emma remained true to herself never letting the disease define who she was and without an ounce of self pity.  She was awesome.  

Weldmar Hospicecare Trust was there for Emma in the final days of her life allowing her to die with the dignity she had demonstrated throughout her illness.  We were all so grateful for that.

Please give generously to this wonderful organisation.  It is a sad fact that at some point in our lives we may all know someone who could benefit from their outstanding care.
