Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

You can find the crossword here:

The puzzle began to take shape on 26 April, the date of the cancelled London Marathon and its virtual fundraising replacement the 2.6 Challenge. Unable as I was even to move 2.6 metres, I set about writing 26 crossword clues; thank you for having a go - massive congratulations if you've completed it.  More may follow...

Thank you for supporting Scottish Autism. Scottish Autism is the largest provider of services to autistic people in Scotland.  Since the onset of the Covid-19 crisis we have noticed a concerning change in the nature and tone of the engagement from autistic people and their families, with a marked rise in very distressed individuals experiencing concerning levels of anxiety, isolation and distress, reaching out for help through our advice line and other channels. At the same time as there being an increased need, our traditional methods of fundraising through which we would normally raise funds to support these needs have largely dried up.  So anything you can contribute is potentially a lifeline for a very vulnerable section of the community.  Thank you.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for Scottish Autism.
