It's been 4 years since I first ran the Tough Mudder course and raised money for Refuge, apparently long enough for me to forget how awful it was and to decide to do it all over again! 

On Saturday 4th September, Team Top Gun (that's Viper, Goose, Iceman and Maverick - shown above in descending height order) made it through the danger zone of Tough Mudder North West 2021 (25 obstacles over 10 miles). It would be fantastic if you could donate a couple of £ - every little helps, as they say, so no donation is too big or too small :-) 

This time I'm raising money for nia, which has been fighting violence against women and girls since 1975, and supports around 2000 women/year across a range of services including prostitution exiting, rape crisis, domestic violence and play therapy.
