On Saturday 4th July I will be swimming 0.5km, cycling 40km and running 10km to support the BeFree project as part of the Elim Missions:Enable Challenge.

In terms of fitness i'm doing ok.  In terms of Triathlons this is a first and might be my last!  I also happen to be the one organising this so there is a little bit of added pressure to make sure it all happens!  Please sponsor me.

Elim Missions BeFree campaign works hard to help women who have been rescued from human and sexual exploitation.  

In January this year I had the privilege of traveling to Cambodia for two days to visit the projects and the amazing work that is happening with women rescued from modern day slavery.  Teaching them skills, helping them work and caring for them. They are the essential link for those who have been trapped by slavery to be able to have a normal life again.  

Having had the opportunity to meet some of the girls in Cambodia who have been rescued and seeing their lives changed and transformed has given me a real passion to do something to make a change for women and children who have been caught up in human exploitation.  Please donate for the sake of freeing many more from slavery.
