After loosing my own father and father in law in recent years to strokes this is a charity close to my own heart. I am joining the Iconic ride of 100 miles on closed roads through London and Surrey on Sunday 2nd August.

Prudential Ride London - Surrey 100 is fast becoming one of the biggest Sportives in the UK. With over 25,000 Cyclists riding 100 miles along closed roads through London and Surrey, it's an experience not to be missed by any cyclist.

Any support is welcome, hopefully my legs will hold out!!!
