Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.....

It feels good to give so please spread some goodness, and help me reach my target for this challenging bike ride.

After an invite to join some keen cyclist's from within the Drinks Industry, on a very tough Charity Ride, I have quickly come to appreciate they are all mad and therefore, by default, so am I.

I love cycling but this route is very challenging not just because of the distance but that it is also climbs over Mt Ventoux!!! An iconic climb featured in many Tour de France and dreaded by many which is followed by a ride down into Spain. I am not taking this ride lightly.

And this is all for people like you, people within the drinks industry that have fallen on hard times. All monies raised will be going to The Benevolent Charity, doing great work for individuals who have fallen on hard times. Their work directly supports people within the drinks industry, from Bar Tenders to Sales Reps and Managers.

Examples of their help include financial support when you or a family member is facing serious illness which could be periods away from work, helping with issues of debt or giving practical advice and emotional support.

If you work within the drinks industry this support can be called upon by you, so it truly is your charity.

Your support and donations, will help me keep training and focused whilst above all raising money for a worthy cause.
