I am cycling for Headway Essex, a charity for individuals with a brain injury of all causes. It is a charity that is close to my heart. I would greatly appreciate it if you can sponsor me and support Headway. 

 Brain injury can affect any of us and at any age. It can be catastrophic, not only for the individual, but also for loved ones. Sometimes a brain injury may not be visible having a  good physical mobility but with changed thinking skills and in desperate need of support. 

This Charity provides support for individual recovery and living with the long term affects of their brain injury but more importantly to live fulfilling
