Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I thought after the London Marathon last year that I would be able to put my feet up but no such luck! My brother in law, Paul told me he was going to run the Blenheim Half and would I care to join him. I SAID YES, WHY? Anyhow how hard can it be, only 13.1 miles, dear oh dear!
And as this run is organised is aimed at raising funds for the British Heart Foundation, I felt it would be only right to set up a JustGiving page to support this wonderful charity and to help me towards my target of £200. I shall be running in memory of Nicky's lovely mum, Win, who died in 1989 of heart disease and is remembered by all who knew her with great affection.
I am so grateful for all the support I have received in the past couple of years from everyone and am very aware that this is yet another request for your money. However, if you you would like to help, please do send a little something. If plenty of people send a fiver, then I shall reach my target in no time at all.
I just wish Paul would leave me alone to live a quiet retirement.
Thanks and see you at Blenheim
