Having just passed my RYA day skipper qualification through Turn to Starboard, a veterans charity that helps those who have been affected by their service  by taking them sailing. I thought it would be good to pay their kindness forward to another charity and give an employee of Dame Hannah Rogers Trust the same opportunity while trying to raise some money for the charity by competing in the Eddystone Pursuit. The pursuit is a course out to the Eddystone rock about 12miles off Plymouth breakwater and back, this year it is taking place on the 18th June. 

So I giving an employee the opportunity to to experience the same things I experienced on my first sailing trip over 3 years ago with Turn to Starboard, the peace and tranquillity at sea with the sails up and engine off. Maybe there will be an opportunity to see some wildlife along the way.

Beds (profiling) – approx. £2,000 each

 Hoists – approx. £1,310 per unit
