Story
Michael passed away on 19th October in Australia after a longstanding heart condition worsened whilst he was awaiting an operation. Ths is why we have chosen the British Heart Foundation.
His funeral was held in Perth, Australia. Since many of his friends and family are based in the UK and were not able to attend the funeral we decided to organize a Service of Remembrance for all of us to remember and celebrate his life.
As many of you will know Michael was a car enthusiast so we thought it was fitting to hold the service at Brooklands Museum in the Bluebird Room where the Bluebird racing car was designed. This car went on to break the land speed record in 1928. It will take place on 21st November.
