On February 26th last year me and my wife Zoe lost our beautiful baby boy ‘Declan John Parkes’, who was born sleeping at full term.

Tommys give comfort to those going through this unimaginable life time low and is a charity aiming to make a difference with a large proportion of its funds going into research to reduce these eventualities.

In honour of my son Declan John Parkes, I’ll be running the Great North Run and any donations would be greatly appreciated for this VERY worth while cause.
