Fundraising for Whizz Kidz
Story

When my oldest brother was 11 months old he contracted a virus which left him with severe mental and physical handicaps. He was a fabulous brother - although I only knew him for the first 7 years of my life my memories of him are a playful brother who we loved being with. I remember often coming home and jumping over the safety gate into his bedroom just to play and him sitting in puddles at the park. What I didn't always notice was how challenging life was for my parents and my older brothers. Along the journey before my brother died my parents were helped by a charity that provided Jonathan with a specialised chair which helped them out no end making life easier for my parents and opening up new opportunities for us as a family. Whizz Kidz does just this for families similar to mine, providing specialist chairs, support, training and work experience for children like my brother and as such I am hoping to raise a heep of money to help this amazingly valuable cause.
