Over the next three years, Three and Samaritans will expand support services, powered by Threes network and technology, along with bespoke training, resources, and fundraising initiatives to support the wellbeing of the nation. 

I started running at the beginning of the lockdowns as a way to occupy time and lose weight. I began on a treadmill before gaining the fitness and confidence to run outdoors. Since then I have participated in several virtual events to keep the motivation going and will now end the lockdown period with the Reading half Marathon.
