I now have some new running shoes and training is progressing steadily. 2 x 4 miles run a week and an occasional longer one - have managed 9 miles to date - 24/6/11. Some cycling to for when I'm bored of running - which is often. The good old MP3 come sin handy too.

Hopefully on time for the 18 September which is race day.
