I'm raising money in memory of my good friend Louise Hudson's mum, Janet who tragically died in November 2011 while visiting her new born Grandson in Australia.  I know how close Louise, Richard, Caroline and Ken were as a famly and we all wanted to do something to remember her by.  So we will be doing a coast to coast bike ride of 179 miles in 3 days, starting in Walney Island and finishing in Whitby.  We will be raising money for Janet's charity of choice the NSPCC. 

I didnt know Janet amazingly well but what I do know is that she was an incredibly kind woman who did huge amounts not just for her family but also in the local community and for charity.
