I am jumping out of a plane in memory of my brother-in-law Kevin. He lived with bipolar and struggled to get the help he needed to live well. 

He tragically took his own life because he believed life couldn't get any better. I never met him but his loss has left a big hole in my family that can never be filled.

Bipolar UK provides peer support so people like Kevin can support each other to stay well.
