Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Great North run again this year and hopefully will raise a lot of cash for ABF The soldiers charity.

Its not easy, its 13.2 miles and it hurts a bit so if your not putting your trainers on and doing it yourself then please sponsor me and my efforts.

 

Remember what it is that I'm running for and consider that someday you or someone you know or care for may require the help of The ABF.
