On Sunday 2nd August, I will be attempting to complete the London Triathlon and in doing so I'm looking to raise as much money as I can for the Alzheimer's Society.  This is a cause which is close to my heart as my Grandmother suffered from it for many years before finally succumbing to it.

Not only am I doing the London Triathlon, I'm also attempting the full Olympic distance of:

- 1500m open water swim

- 40km cycle

- 10km run

Please be generous and give what you can to a tremendous cause.
