On the 17th July 2011, I will be jumping 13,000ft to raise vital money for Robbie the Robot at the Berks Hospital . It's for a fantastic cause, read on…  

Robbie the robot is proving his worth as a valuable member of the  Royal  Berkshire  Hospital offering exceptional advances in Prostate cancer surgery.  

With benefits including reduced blood loss, less pain, a reduction in infection rates and significantly shortened hospital stays it is clear to see why the RBH are keen to keep Robbie operating in our Local area.

In order to continue treating people we need to raise £1.2 million over the next three years.  

Prostate cancer is the number 1 male cancer in the UK and Robbie the Robot is the only machine in the South East of England of it's kind in the UK for people on the NHS!
