For the third year running I am doing the Ride London Bike Ride in memory of Spencer and to continue the fantastic fund raising work he did while he was ill. I also want his family, friends and colleagues to know he and they are still very much in our thoughts.This year I anticipate the ride will be much harder for me as training has been severely curtailed by back problems. I am however determined to finish and will be spurred on by any donations you make.
