200 miles off-road (where possible) from North Coast to South Coast.

I'll be starting the ride in Bangor, and initially following the coast round to Caernarfon Castle, before heading over to Trawsfynydd. Then the climbing really kicks in with a journey that takes in 3 of the most famous mountain bike trails in North & Mid Wales: Coed-y-Brenin, ClimachX and Nant yr Arian. The next day will be more remote with the remainder of Mid Wales to traverse, including the Ystwyth, Teifi and Towy valleys. And finally the last day will be the longest at around 120 km, with the not so little obstacle of the Brecon Beacons to clear, before following the Taff trail into Cardiff.

The charity I've chosen to support needs no introduction. The work Cancer Research UK have done and continue to do really makes a difference to so many patients.
