We have decided (and are training accordingly) to have another go at the Cambridge Half, this time because the next day will be Simon's 56th Birthday.  Jenny, as most of you know, would much rather swim it (but Simon has promised her a burger for lunch afterwards).

Alan passed away with Alzheimer's back in December 2020, and is of course hugely missed. He is also the reason we are fundraising, in that he was a great believer in doing the right thing.

Please donate if you can - in lieu of Simon's birthday, to encourage Jenny, or just to support the battle to defeat dementia. Alzheimer's Research UK do such a fantastic job.
