Last year I was the oldest and fattest of 22 folk who cycled from London to Paris for charity. This year we're doing Dublin to Cork and once more I'll be tagging along at the back of the field.

 

All of the money I raise will go to 'Riding for the Disabled'. (the cost of the trip is at my expense) RDA is a great charity which helps severely disabled people, especially kids to develop coordination and confidence by teaching them to ride horses. All of the instructors are volunteers and all of the funds are spent on equipment and the upkeep of the horses and ponies. There is no other support for this good work besides donations.
