Back in November last year my best friend for the last forty years was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. This is a horrible disease with minimal symptoms, many of which as a man you would put down to just getting older. Cycling from nothing to 100miles in one day seems like an enormous challenge and one I find daunting if I think about it too much! I am being joined on the ride by my wife and five other friends. So maybe you could not have a coffee this week or maybe this month and support me in my efforts to raise as much money as I can to support the research and support undertaken by the wonderful people at Prostate Cancer UK.
