DUCKMAN'S PLAN

You will remember me saying that at some stage I would raise some money for charity - well here it is (at last)...

Some of you may recall that I did some sprinting at school, but turned my nose up at the longer distances… and early indications from training are proving my point! BUT as I have turned 40 this year I think it’s about time I made the effort… So here goes and there’s no better way to motivate myself than to agree to a substantial sponsorship target.
