Last year, I completed a 450km cycle ride across Botswana and despite loving the whole experience, vowed quietly to myself that I wouldn't be crazy enough to sign up and do another challenge...unfortunately having seen first hand the impact that the ride had on one of Norwood's clients, Jake, who joined us on a tandem for the entire trip, I couldn't resist the call to go again…so this year I have signed up and am once again training hard for what will be an incredible, but even more challenging experience, cycling around 400km over 5 days across Morocco.  We will set off from Marrakesh and head towards the mountain range of the High Atlas Mountains, where we will swap the flat Haouz Plains for the imposing Atlas Mountain slopes, climbing some of Morocco's highest roads.  

Each year Norwood provides essential support to over 2,500 people from children and families facing challenges in their lives due to additional educational needs, mental health or severe wellbeing issues, to anyone of any age with learning disabilities or autism.  Everything I raise from your kind support will go directly to Norwood and will make a meaningful difference to the lives of those who need their support the most.
