Hello everyone

This is my second attempt at a sub 50 min 10k. Last year I managed just over 50 mins but as I'm a year older and wiser I won't try to outrun the field for the first mile and spend the next 5 being overtaken! I'm up for a challenge so how about pledging some extra cash to spur me on to get under a specific time - how about £5 if I can break 50 mins or £10 for sub 48 mins or any other amount would be great too.
