I am competing in the Manx End 2 End challenge on Sunday the 12th of September to help raise funds for the Hopeforhollie campaign and the Niemann Picks Disease Group.

The challenge comprises of a 75km route of the Isle of Man including 1500 metres of climbing with a mixture of fast fire roads, sweeping moorland paths, country lanes and forest singletrack.

The funds I raise will go to help the Niemann Picks Disease Group and the Hope for hollie campaign.  Hollie Carter is a local 5 year old girl who was diagnosed with Niemann Picks Type C (also known as childhood dementia), an extremely rare metabolic condition which causes neuralogical decline and for which there is no known cure. Funds raised will go towards the provision of care and Information, for families affected by Niemann Picks, and research into understanding and treating this disease.
