On May 26th I will attempting to complete the Great Manchester 10k Run to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society.

This charity is very close to my heart. My mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease several years ago and the Alzheimer’s Society does a fabulous job assisting carers to look after relatives and friends with this terrible disease and supporting research into the causes of dementia.
