Having got heat stroke three times doing marathons in the last couple of years, I’ve decided that the only sensible thing to is do my next run in the arctic circle!  I am running (or staggering) the Polar Circle Marathon www.polar-circle-marathon.com this year and will use the opportunity to raise money for Arthritis Research Campaign.  I have chosen this charity as arthritis has had an impact on some of the people who are close to me.  Any donations would be appreciated.
