The Challenge

To cycle 240 miles from London to Brussels in 24 hours.  Leaving London at noon on Friday 15th July and arriving in the capital of Belgium noon the next day.

To do this I will need to cycle at an average rate of 15mph for 16 of the 24 hours.  Scheduled into the route are short stops every 30 to 45miles. 

The channel crossing by ferry will be one of those scheduled stops.
