As many of you know I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2018. Next Sunday 27th June I and a small team will be participating in the Raid Local event aiming to cycle the equivalent and more of an ascent of Mt Ventoux in aid of Cure Parkinson’s going up and down the Welsh Hills.
