Hi Folks,

It's that time of year again when I will return to homeland to run 13.1 miles from the Toon to the Sea. This will be my eighth time running the Great North Run and with the old man now 50 years old I think it's about time I replaced him as Alpha Bannister.

Once again I will be running for Cash for Kids which supports needy children in the north east. I know everyone is poor at the moment but these kids are poorer so please help me out :)
