I was medically discharged from the Army in 2004 and became a member of the Help for Heroes ran Band of Brothers and I've received direct support that has helped me and my Daughter and feel that it's time to do something a little more challenging than organising a drunken get together to raise money for a charity that really does change peoples lives.

These days my mobility isn't once what it was and I shall be doing the 5km Run or Dye event in a record slow time as I plan to walk the route with my stick in hand and my Daughter by my side.
