Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For some reason I entered the ballot for the London Marathon and well here I am!

Having run a few half marathons over the last couple years, this is the next push. To see if I can do it.

In order to help keep me on track and push me through my training and then the day itself I wanted to run for a Charity and having fundraised in the past for AMMF, I decided that I would run for them again.

Having had 2 family members succumb to this Cancer, I know how hard it hits and how affects lives in ways that I would never want others to go through.

AMMF is a fantastic charity and exclusively raising awareness of cholangiocarcinoma. Providing information and support to those who need it and encourages and supports specialist research to better diagnostics and treatments.

To find out more about them please visit https://ammf.org.uk/

Running for the memory of both my Grandad and my Mum to help those in the future.

If you want to come along and support please do so on April 23rd. The more encouragement the better (bring Jelly Babies for extra energy).

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
