So in an effort to prove that I can last for more than a few hours I thought I'd taken on the Scotland Coast to Coast 2012 racer category. 105 miles consisting of 21 miles running 80 miles cycling and 2 miles canoeing mixed over the day. I also thought this would be an ideal opportunity to raise some money for an excellent charity.
