Story
3 years ago I wasn't fit at all but responded to the call by the local school to do a Total Warrior obstacle course along with a dozen or so other folk. I loved it and raised money for a new school classroom and St Leonards Hospice. Since then I've been hooked on an active lifestyle - going from that first obstacle course to regular Triathlons.
The Lands end to John O' Groats will be the toughest challenge yet, cycling 100+ miles per pay (7+ hours in the saddle come rain or shine), for ten days in a row.
I took a vote at work to see which charity we should support and it was overwhelmingly St Leonards Hospice. I'm not originally from York but know so many people who say that the support of St Leonards has been there for them and their families over the years.
A very worthy cause and I do hope you can support me and the guys.
Thanks!
