Story
On Sunday 1st August I will be running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon in aid of Mind Charity.
If you have been following me for a while you will know that this is a cause dear to my heart, as I suffer with anxiety and depression.
Running has helped me to deal with my mental health in so many ways so I thought why not use one of my coping mechanisms to help a charity that provides support to other people who also need a helping hand navigate their own journey.
Don’t get me wrong, this will be no walk in the park for me, over the next month I will be doing some intense training that I will share with you along the way. However I am looking forward to the challenge and knowing that all my efforts will be supporting an amazing charity will certainly spur me on.
