Over the past thirty three years I've done everything I can to avoid anything more strenuous than a walk to the pub. I've turned down every opportunity to exercise cause I'd rather be playing on my xbox.

So when I entered the Great North Run some of you didn't believe me. Well its true and I'd appreciate it if you could stop laughing for a moment and donate some money to the NSPCC cause otherwise I might just back out at the last minute!
