Last year the world lost an incredible man to MND , my hero , my Dad Rob!

He bravely fought an un-fightable decease , and like many others lost his ability to talk early on . Communiction is something we can all take for granted , and for people diagnosed with MND this can be taken completely away from them .

 To honour those who lose their voice through this brutal, incurable illness , I will be staying silent for 24 hours on the 25th October to raise awareness and to help fight for a cure !

Please support me in honour of my amazing father and to help those still fighting and suffering in silence .
