Story
Sienna Charles age 6 is going to train for and then run her first 5K in half term! She has done two training runs so far of 1.5K each... she has committed to running every day a little further to help the school.
Sienna loves using technology and so do her friends but they only have one laptop in each classroom. With social distancing and 30 children in each class this means they don't get to use it as much as they would like and as much as would be really good for their education!
Poor Sienna is embarking on a gruelling training regime with a Personal Trainer for a mother there is no letting up! She's focussing on sprint training for speed, pace runs for distance and carbloading for energy!
Times are tough so we don't ask for loads but anything you can afford to donate she would be so so so grateful!!
With the UK remaining in lockdown and to help with the post-Christmas blues, St Teresa's School Association has launched a campaign to help you beat those blues and achieve your fitness goals, whilst raising money for our school. Get Active with St Teresa's is an event in which you are in control, allowing you to set your own target and use your own personal flair. Run, walk or cycle any distance you choose, in any outfit you choose. Simply link you activity to our cause and raise money for the school. The St Teresa's School Association charity raises money to support our local school. Funds raised will be used to buy much needed equipment and supplies for our school to help improve the education for all who attend.
