So I was competing in Tough Mudder anyway but without a charity or a cause. But in light of the news of the passing of mine and everybody's friend, Kieran Ambrose, I'd like to complete it and raise money for Elizabeth Loury Ward at Southend Hospital in Kieran's name, for everything they did for him.

• “30 bedded mixed ward caring for patients with cancer and haematological disorders.

• They care for people and their families at all stages of their illness, from diagnosis, treatment, symptom control and those at the end of their lives.

·         Elizabeth Loury receives a significant amount of charitable support because of the nature of their work. However, new developments and constant advances in medical equipment and technology mean that charitable funding is always required and gratefully received.
