On the 4th of September a group of us from Clydesdale Bank will be climbing into bright yellow lycra to embark on a 400km (300mile) bicycle ride to Paris all in the name of Charity.  We are trying to raise as much as we can for Help the Hospices.  Help the Hospices is the national charity for the hospice movement, (supporting more than 220 local hospices across the UK), giving vital care to children and adults living with terminal illnesses.
