I am running the Heaton Half Marathon for my mum, who we lost to breast cancer in 2015. I am also running for my granny who won her battle with breast cancer and for my uncle who is currently battling cancer. My family have been deeply affected by cancer, and I want to help in anyway I can to find a cure and stop so many lives from being torn apart by disease. This ones for you mum, I know you're laughing at me right now.
