My friend Liz Wilkins received devastating news towards the end of last year when she was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer.  In preparation for her treatment, Liz donated her hair to Little Princess trust.  To show our respect, my work colleagues and I wanted to complete this challenge to raise awareness and support Liz and many others with their journey to fight against this awful disease.

Step Up - The details

The core of the challenge remains based in the UK: a virtual walk (or run) between Capita offices - from London to Cardiff to Belfast to Stirling.  This route is approximately 630 miles, which is around 1,260,000 steps; and can be achieved with roughly 10,000 steps a day from each team member participating

Step Up will run from Monday 16th January to Friday 10th February, with all funds raised being donated to our corporate charity partner, The Prince's Trust.
